Trilogy Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist who wants more than a traditional outpatient position.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
Develop individualized, evidence-informed plans of care
Provide skilled outpatient rehabilitation services
Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical judgment
Educate patients and families about their condition, recovery, and long-term health
Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, other clinicians, referring providers, and community partners
Complete documentation accurately and within expected timeframes
Support patient engagement, retention, and plan-of-care completion
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and clinical collaboration
Contribute ideas that strengthen patient care, clinic performance, and organizational growth
What we are looking for
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current or eligible New York State Physical Therapist Assistant license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful goals
Ability to work collaboratively with supervising Physical Therapists and other team members
Dependability, organization, and professional integrity
Interest in ongoing clinical and professional development
Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
Interest in oncology rehabilitation is a plus
