About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid patient recovery.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercises.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with regulations.

Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Provide compassionate care while fostering a positive therapeutic environment.

Requirements:

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current state license to practice physical therapy in Texas.

Experience in outpatient settings preferred, with knowledge of orthopedic conditions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.

Basic CPR and First Aid certification required.
