Outpatient Psychologist — Ellie Mental Health (Madison, Wisconsin)
At Ellie Mental Health, we're on a mission to change the way people experience mental health care — breaking down barriers, reducing stigma, and making quality care accessible to everyone. We're looking for a licensed Psychologist who shares that mission and wants to do meaningful work in an environment that actually supports them.
Our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination aren't just part of our brand — they shape how we hire, how we care for our team, and how we show up for our clients every day.
What You'll Be Doing
Conducting clinical evaluations, developing diagnoses and treatment plans, and providing individual therapy
Completing timely session documentation in accordance with clinic guidelines
Maintaining a caseload of 25+ client visits per week (full-time)
Participating in clinical staff meetings and ongoing trainings
What We're Looking For
Doctorate in psychology and an active Wisconsin license
Demonstrated experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus)
Fully licensed clinicians who are credentialed with insurance panels are strongly preferred
Someone who genuinely connects with our values and wants to be part of a collaborative, people-first culture
What You'll Find Here
Competitive compensation that reflects the importance of the work you do
Comfortable, fully furnished office space and a welcoming clinic environment
Low client minimums so you can focus on quality care
Real opportunities for growth and advancement within the clinic
We believe that when our clinicians are supported and fulfilled, their clients get better care. If you're looking for a place where your work is valued and your voice matters, we'd love to connect.
Independent franchisees are Equal Opportunity employers committed to diverse and inclusive workforces. Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Ellie Family Services, PLLP, d/b/a “Ellie Mental Health”, Ellie MSO, LLC, or Ellie FAM LLC. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee clinic is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their clinic, including the terms and conditions of employment for their employees, such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing and scheduling. Depending on the clinic location you select, the job for which you apply may be in a clinic owned and operated by an independent franchisee, and not with the corporate-owned clinics, which are based in Minnesota. This means the franchisee, not Ellie Family Services, PLLP, is responsible for all employment matters at the clinic. If you are hired for the job, the franchisee will be your employer, not Ellie Family Services, PLLP or any of its affiliated entities. For franchisee clinic locations, please contact the franchisee organization directly to the extent you need assistance in completing forms or otherwise participating in that franchisee’s application process.
Flexible work from home options available.
