We are looking to hire CRCs (Certified Rehabilitation Counselors), Art Therapists, LSWs, NCCs (LAPC), MFTs (LAMFT), LPCs, LMFTs, and clinical psychologists for full and part-time fee-for-service positions. Salaried positions are available after a caseload has been built up. With fee-for-service employment, therapists will be provided with billing services and support staff to help schedule clients, as well as a steady referral base and ongoing marketing. In addition, paneling with insurance will be provided. Therapists are provided fair compensation for their services. Full-time salaried positions offered include health, vision, and dental benefits, hospital indemnity insurance to assist in time taken off for maternity leave, participation in the company's IRA with 3% matching after 3 years of employment, 12 days paid time off, major holiday time off, and continuing education reimbursement opportunities. Must be able to work 3 evenings or 1-2 evenings and Saturdays to accommodate our patient population. The practice provides the following: • The reputation of providing quality services to the community and second-to-none training opportunities for clinicians • Quality control to ensure compliance with major insurance carriers, state board regulations, HIPAA, and labor laws • Weekly individual supervision for pre-licensed clinicians • Weekly diagnostic supervision/seminar to review cases and to gain support • Support of the clinical director and house leads in each office • Steady referral base • Practice billing staff and the EHR system • Support staff to answer calls, take referrals, and do a benefit check • Beautiful office space with a collegial environment • Credentialing support • Comprehensive psychological assessments for individuals with symptoms of ADHD, learning difficulties, autism, etc., as well as routine testing to assist with differential diagnosis • Full-time Psychiatrist and Nurse practitioner for patient medication management needs and for consultative needs • Weekly therapy model with outcome-driven measures to evaluate progress for treatment • Treatment plans are completed every 6 months, with data collection to monitor progress • Ability to hold client population accountable for attendance and treatment care, and weekly coaching opportunities to assist with growth and development in this area • A friendly and supportive environment for clinical and personal growth • Annual continuing education training • Wellness program to include weekly guided mindfulness drop-ins and opportunities to engage with colleagues outside of the work environment • Quarterly special topics seminars • Opportunities to provide clinical supervision • Option to move from fee-for-service employment to a full-time, salaried employee position with full benefits Responsibilities: • Assess patients’ mental condition based on review of medical information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members • Offer community resources or specialists to patients and family members who are experiencing difficulties • Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients • Evaluate patients’ circumstances on a regular basis and provide necessary follow-up care • Assist with intervention for patients when a crisis occurs Qualifications: • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed • Masters degree or above in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy is required. Compensation: $40 - $60 hourly
