Phoenix Rising Therapy Center is a growing, client-centered practice committed to fostering healing, empowerment, and growth. We provide outpatient therapy to children (age 2 1/2 and up), adolescents, adults and families. We also provide autism evaluations to ages 12 months through adult.

We are seeking a passionate, fully licensed mental health professional to join our dynamic and supportive team as an Outpatient Therapist,. working with adults. This therapist would offer individual therapy to a minimum of 25 adult clients per week. with compensation offered on a fee-for-service basis. There are also options to run group sessions and provide family and couples therapy, with experience.

This position would include conducting intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing evidence-based therapy, completing all clinical documentation in a timely and professional manner, collaboration with other providers and maintaining compliance with ethical, legal and practice standards. The therapist would provide in-person sessions, with the option to also conduct some virtual telehealth sessions as well.

Candidates should have experience working with adults and are preferably trauma informed. EMDR certification, knowledge of substance use disorders, experience with families and couples a plus but not required.
