We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team and work with a caseload heavily built around children and teens! You will provide individual, couple or family therapy services in a small group practice setting.
Responsibilities:
Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
Clinical intake/Diagnostic evaluation for clients
Create, implement and review treatment plans
Meet client's clinical needs with individualized therapy
Collaborate with additional treatment providers as needed
Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Minimum master's level education in a counseling or social work field
Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and families
Desire and ability to work well with other clinical team members
