****Adolescent Wellness Academy is growing, and we are seeking a warm, polished, community-minded Outreach Specialist to expand awareness of our adolescent PHP/IOP programs across South Florida. This role is perfect for someone who is energized by building meaningful professional relationships, confident in representing clinical programming, and motivated by connecting teens and families to the support they need. As the face of AWA in your territory, you will blend relationship-building, strategic outreach, and partnership development to strengthen our presence in schools, hospitals, behavioral health practices, pediatric offices, and youth-serving organizations. What You'll Do Build Community Partnerships
- Create and nurture relationships with therapists, schools, hospitals, pediatricians, and other referral partners within a 60–90-minute radius.
- Expand AWA's footprint across Davie, Boca Raton, Kendall, and neighboring markets by identifying new referral opportunities and community touchpoints.
- Serve as a trusted connector for referral sources seeking support for adolescents and families.
Promote AWA Programs with Confidence
- Represent AWA with professionalism and clarity in one-on-one meetings, outreach visits, and formal presentations.
- Educate the community on levels of care, the admissions process, and what sets AWA's PHP/IOP programs apart.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, school meetings, and CEU programs.
Strengthen Referral Flow & Admissions Collaboration
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Admissions team to ensure seamless handoffs and excellent referral partner experience.
- Provide thoughtful, timely updates to referral sources and help cultivate long-term loyalty and trust.
Manage Your Territory with Intention
- Maintain organized documentation of outreach activity in the CRM.
- Manage outreach referral pipeline: update & communicate referents, refer families out to other resources when necessary.
- Track trends, share insights, and raise opportunities that support AWA's growth strategy.
- Represent the AWA brand through consistent professionalism, warmth, and integrity.
Support Community Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing AWA-hosted events, open houses, and networking gatherings.
- Identify opportunities for AWA to contribute meaningfully to the local behavioral-health ecosystem.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outreach, business development, admissions, education, or behavioral healthcare.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- High level of organization and follow-through.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass DCF and AHCA Level-2 background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Familiarity with South Florida behavioral-health and PHP/IOP referral networks.
