  • Responsibilities

    We’re seeking a positive, personable customer service outreach coordinator for a short-term part-time role. You will be responsible for engaging up to 30-40 people per client shift/site to complete an employee survey. You are personable, available to get around to various locations within the county. This is a short-term project. Responsibilities: • Engage with employees to build trust so they will complete surveys. • Follow directions and ensure talking points are communicated positively. • Be positive. • Does not provide personal comments/views. • Be on time. • Escalating any issues. • Be able to input employee interactions, comments, and data into a Google Form. • Have reliable transportation. • Have a laptop or iPad. • Able to work shifts as early as 5 AM and as late as 10 PM. Qualifications: • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Previous work in a customer-facing position Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
