  • Responsibilities

    Mountainside ABA is looking to hire an Outreach Coordinator to help with outreach, marketing, public relations, as well as to assist in in-house quality improvement projects and monitoring company development. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional who is focused on the good of the whole team. This person should be friendly, collaborative, willing to work independently, have great communication skills, and must love children!

    The outreach responsibilities include maintaining ongoing communication with other local providers, providing informational materials to families and professionals interested in our services, assisting in recruiting and hiring of new practitioners, and maintaining a professional company image through our website, social media, and our marketing materials.

    This position also includes responsibilities to support our current supervisors and employees on the day in's and out's of office tasks. This person will work closely with Mountainside's Human Resource Generalist and the agency Director in fostering relationships that could lead to employment recruitment.

    Our company always seeks to provide the highest quality services and therefore has ongoing company wide projects to enhance the experience for our clients and our employees. This position will assist in monitoring the execution of these projects and implementation of new company systems.

    Our office provides therapeutic services to children with special needs, primarily autism. A good Outreach Coordinator will be passionate in their responsibilities to therefore allow the children as much high quality therapy as possible.

    We are a very small company with a high level of internal communication and commitment. We truly care about our coworkers!

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage partnerships with community organizations
    • Reach out to local providers, community members, etc. to educate about the services we offer
    • Provide marketing materials to families, community members, etc.
    • Attend local events to promote Mountainside.
    • Plan and host events as needed. Ex: Open houses, back to school events, community fairs, etc.
    • Manage website, social media accounts, etc. to maintain a professional, clear
    • Develop and maintain an active social media presence to promote the agency.
    • Disseminate information to clients ' families to connect with resources
    • Establishing peer connections among employees in different locations
    • Monitor quality improvement projects within our company
    • Assist in implementation of some projects/policies
    • Maintain an office space that is organized and professional
    • Communicate in a a clear, friendly, timely manner
    • Be a leader within the office in Buckhannon. This includes maintaining a focus on team development, fostering positive interpersonal relationships, setting a professional, caring and fun tone in the office.
    • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
    • Maintain trusting relationships with coworkers and clients' families
    • Be present in our office to greet families as they arrive and depart
