    _****Key Responsibilities:

    · Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to build relationships with schools, community organizations, local businesses, and other potential partners to raise awareness about Pathways Mentorship and its services.

    · Recruitment & Outreach: Coordinate and execute outreach initiatives to recruit mentors and mentees from various demographics, ensuring diversity and inclusion within the program. Organize events, informational sessions, and other community-based activities to generate interest.

    · Marketing & Communications: Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, newsletters, and press releases, to inform the public about mentorship opportunities. Manage online platforms to ensure consistent messaging and visibility.

    · Program Awareness: Host and attend community events, fairs, and networking opportunities to promote Pathways Mentorship, answer questions about the program, and foster relationships with potential mentors, mentees, and community members.

    · Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, engagement statistics, and recruitment progress. Regularly report on outcomes and suggest improvements to outreach strategies.

    · Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Manager and other team members to align outreach efforts with the goals of Pathways Mentorship. Support the training and onboarding of new mentors as needed.

    · Resource Development: Collaborate in the creation and development of additional resources that support mentor-mentee relationships, such as guides, activities, and handbooks.

    o Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    o Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
