Outreach is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Part Time Administrative Support Staff team member to work in our Centralized Calling/Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Hub located in Brentwood, Long Island. The Centralized Calling/MAT Administrative Support Staff team member is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that the initial contact for prospective clients, concerned family and any other callers to Outreach’s central number/MAT Hub is engaging, responsive and informative. This role provides program support in an overall effort to ensure the efficient and effective operation of client screening/engagement, appropriate program referral, data collection and storage, and initiating the front end revenue cycle. Critical to this will be the ability to interact with program staff from across the agency to ensure that clients are connected to the appropriate program while managing the flow of activity in the MAT Hub.
