About Us
We’re a compassionate, fast-growing ABA therapy agency dedicated to helping children with autism thrive through individualized, evidence-based care. We believe in teamwork, family partnership, and community connection — and we’re expanding our impact by building relationships with schools, pediatricians, and therapy providers across multiple states.
We’re seeking an Outreach & Partnership Specialist — a relationship-builder who loves connecting with people, driving to new places, and opening doors for collaboration that helps more families find the services they need.
Your Role
The Outreach & Partnership Specialist represents our agency in the community and acts as the connector between our clinical team and external partners. You’ll spend your days engaging with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations — introducing our services, fostering trust, and growing referral partnerships.
This is a people-focused role — perfect for someone who’s friendly, professional, and thrives on creating meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, pediatricians, and therapy providers to establish and maintain relationships.
Conduct informational meetings and presentations to explain ABA therapy and our agency’s approach.
Schedule school and provider visits across NY, NJ, PA, and CT (traveling by region).
Track outreach activity, follow-ups, and new partnerships using agency tools (Google Sheets or Monday).
Collaborate with the leadership team to identify target schools and potential referral sources.
Attend community events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the agency.
Provide weekly and monthly reports summarizing activities, leads, and partnership growth.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in community outreach, education, or healthcare provider relations.
ABA field experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Confident presenting to school staff and provider teams.
Self-motivated, professional, and organized.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Passion for helping families access behavioral health support.
Compensation & Perks
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000/year (based on experience).
Health, dental, and vision benefits.
Paid time off and holidays.
A rewarding mission-driven environment where your work directly impacts families.
