Job Summary

As Science Outreach Program Instructor, you will travel to primarily to schools, but also daycare centers, and libraries, to lead students through engaging, age-appropriate, hands-on science programs.

Outreach Programs run through early May. (Summer outreach programs begin mid-June and run through mid-August).

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range $18-$20/hour depending on experience

Hours vary, range from 6-20 hours/week

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years experience working with GROUPS of children ages 5-11 is a must

A valid driver's license and reliable car

Bachelor's degree

Teaching certification is not required, but a plus
