About the Role
We are looking for a relationship-driven outreach professional with proven experience in adolescent behavioral health. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong referral partnerships with schools, hospitals, therapists, physicians, and community organizations. You must be comfortable presenting , facilitating conversations with parents and providers, and representing our programs with confidence and empathy.
What You'll Do
• Conduct scheduled face-to-face outreach meetings and presentations (schools, providers, events)
• Build high-quality referral pipelines for adolescent mental health and family programming
• Partner closely with Admissions to ensure strong follow-through for every referred family
• Host or attend community events, lunch-and-learns, open houses, and CEU presentations
• Track outreach activity and outcomes using CRM systems
• Represent our mission and services clearly, professionally, and with heart
Required Experience
• 2+ years in outreach/marketing for behavioral health or mental health services
• Direct experience working with or promoting adolescent clinical programs
• Confident public speaker and presenter
• Strong follow-through, relationship building, and organization skills
• Valid driver's license + reliable local travel (within 60-90 min radius)
Preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Familiarity with PHP/IOP care and referral sources in South Florida
