Mae is hiring an Outreach Specialist to support enrollment and engagement of eligible health plan members. You will conduct high-volume outbound outreach to introduce Mae's services, explain doula support, and guide members through enrollment. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to build trust quickly.
This role blends outreach, education, and mission-driven sales. You will introduce eligible members to Mae's services and guide them toward enrollment. Success requires both compassion and the ability to confidently convert interest into action.
You will report to the Member Services Manager.

This role is performance-based. Outreach Specialists are expected to consistently convert eligible members into enrollments while maintaining high-quality, respectful interactions.

This is a six-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and business needs. High performers may be considered for expanded responsibilities as the program scales.
Compensation
$4,500 per month, with potential for additional monthly performance bonuses.
