Hopes Promise Respite is searching for an energetic individual looking for a fun, new opportunity! The right person will successfully spearhead the organization's community outreach efforts including growing our online presence and sharing the good works of our team as well as the successes of the people they support every day. This dynamic role includes in person and digital work and someone with a good photographic eye.

Responsibilities

Promoting the strengths of children and adults with disabilities through a variety of platforms

Developing marketing strategies including development of community partnerships

Educating the New Jersey community about our services and activities

Growing and monitoring the Hopes Promise online community including social media, websites

Work closely with the rest of the social media team to stay on-brand and maintain an accurate voice across all platforms

Work closely with other team members as needed to ensure brand consistency

Create and maintain reporting systems to show the progress and outcomes of social media campaigns including engagement

Qualifications

Energetic, self-starter with ability to strategize and move projects forward independently

Strong familiarity with all major social media platforms and understanding social media trends

Excellent design, editing and creativity skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills - comfortable with public speaking
