Outreach Specialist – Pediatric Medicaid Service

Position Overview
We’re hiring an energetic, persuasive Outreach Specialist to join a mission-driven organization serving children with IEPs. The role involves calling parents of children already in our network to help them access additional services through Medicaid care management. Your goal is to collect CIN (Client Identification Numbers) and support families in getting the help they’re eligible for.

• Confident and friendly on the phone

• Naturally persuasive, like a skilled telemarketer

• Organized and self-motivated

• Clear communicator with a warm, respectful tone

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to families with children who have IEPs

• Explain services and guide parents through obtaining CINs

• Track outreach and follow-ups

• Meet monthly outreach goals (target: 25–30 enrollments)

• Qualifications

  • No prior experience required — we’re hiring for skill, not resume

  • Must be comfortable with a phone-heavy role and confident in follow-up
