Primary Position Responsibilities : Responsible for promoting the Gospel-sharing ministries of Stonecroft volunteers with a particular emphasis on rendering the programs more effective while providing overall support for the volunteers who conduct these ministries. This position requires a minimum of 4 nationwide trips a year to work with Outreach group leaders. All staff must travel at least 8 days a year for bi-annual All staff gatherings held nationwide.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, equip, support, and encourage volunteers to carry out Gospel initiatives in their communities and to meet the annual goals of the ministry. Continually cast the vision of the ministry for all volunteers to engage in effective evangelism through events, training, support, materials, and personal interactions.
- Oversee the effective coordination and national rollout of Outreach programs, projects, and resources for the advancement of the ministry. Lead the planning and implementation of specific outreach programs/projects with key volunteers.
- Ensure the most current and properly branded Stonecroft materials are being utilized in the field.
- Use communication tools to encourage volunteers to start new outreach efforts in their community and to seek direction for effective outreach via prayer. Tactfully provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of volunteer leaders’ current ministry models.
- Set reasonable expectations for volunteers on what Home Office can provide.
- Liaison for volunteer questions, concerns, and ideas between volunteers and home office as necessary.
- Arrange regular communication to all 9 Zone leaders through written communications, phone calls, one-on-one meetings, and regional events to help ensure consistency through volunteer groups.
- Travel to work with leaders in the field to ensure new programs are rolled out effectively and assess quality of program is achieved and the measurements of effectiveness of our mission of evangelism are met.
- Work alongside the Director of Outreach to develop and execute annual goals and budgets that support the ministry’s strategic plan.
- Analyze, monitor and evaluate effectiveness of current Stonecroft Outreaches and Metrics. Adjust approaches and process to scale appropriately.
- Collaborate with the Training Instructor in circumstances where additional training and/or mentoring needs to occur.
- Serve as a representative of Stonecroft at events as needed, including but not limited to speaking at key events as approved by supervisor.
- Follow policies and procedures stated in the Stonecroft Staff Handbook.

Qualifications
- Passion for seeing others begin a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and grow in that relationship
- Demonstrated commitment to evangelism
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- 3+ years of experience identifying, recruiting, equipping, and leading volunteers in a ministry setting
- 2+ years of experience in a non-profit setting
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, and ability to quickly learn new computer software
- Committed to delegation and teamwork.
- Self-directed and self-motivated in job related tasks.
- Strong team-building skills
