    Desktop Support Intern Outsell Corporation - Minneapolis, MN Internship The Desktop Support Intern is responsible for triaging and providing Tier 1 support for desktop/laptop, network, print, and office systems for all end users. The Desktop Support Intern also escalates problems to the appropriate Tier 2 and/or 3 contacts when appropriate. The successful candidate will be customer service oriented, have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills along with a basic understanding of computer hardware, Windows 10, telephony, and business conference systems. Hours: Monday - Thursday 32 hours max This internship will continue until Dec 2018 will the possibility of extension to Spring 2019.
