    Outside, Inc. is seeking a SEASONAL INDEPENDENT PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR (I.P. Coordinator) to support the Events & Experiences Group, specifically the businesses, Warren Miller Entertainment & Fly Fishing Film Tour (F3T) as well as a growing portfolio of film events.

    Candidates must have some experience in either film distribution and/or special events; project coordination, revenue reporting, client facing engagement and customer service. Familiarity with the brands is not required, however an appreciation and familiarity with the type of recreation and sports the brands represented is preferred. 

    Minimum skills required include a B.A. and working knowledge of Google Suite, Word, Excel, Slack and basic HTML. Familiarity with Adobe Suite is preferred, as well as comfortability with Salesforce.   

    Essential skills include project coordination, attention to detail, communication, creativity, people skills, multitasking and decision making, all within a deadline-driven environment.

    BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage the day-to-day partner relationships on a portfolio of domestic and international accounts.
    •  Updating and maintaining client databases, creating target lists of clients, prospecting new clients.
    • Preparing availability reports for international and domestic distributors/broadcasters.
    • Drafting basic contracts and deal memos.
    • Monitor monthly remittance reports to ensure that all  payments are valid based on content licensing agreements.
    • Custom research and reporting (recaps, sales estimates, distributors lineup, competitive info, etc…).
    • Assist in Outside-initiated membership promotions, analyzing marketplace events and trends for appropriate opportunities.
    • Execute directives from team, department and divisional leads

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • The successful candidate must be highly motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and display strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to go above-and-beyond without being asked, eliciting critical thinking with recommendations for process and strategy improvements
    • Familiarity with all Distribution types, including Theatrical and Non-Theatrical, BluRay/DCP/DVD technologies
    • Passionate, energetic individual who has demonstrated knowledge of keeping up with fast-paced digital sales and retail environment
    • A confident and professional written and phone demeanor is a must

    Must be located near Boulder, Colorado for some office work, some remote work: 

    Colorado Jobs: Employees can expect to be paid an hourly rate between $15.00 - $20.00.  The salary  range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for this role, and may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors
