    Leading a small team, the ideal candidate will be strategic, organized, and creative in their work to develop compelling and engaging marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive membership growth within existing and emerging audience segments. This position will help develop and execute the digital marketing strategies through an omni-channel marketing approach reliant on a deep understanding of data and performance. 

    HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE: 

    • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to create digital strategies, campaigns and programs that are relevant and optimize the user experience on IDEA webpages.
    • Create, edit, and optimize (SEO)  marketing content copy quickly without compromising brand integrity, voice, or mission across social, email, web channels
    • Manage the success of our paid media campaigns across multiple verticals. Maximize goals, engagement and key KPIs (traffic, CPA, etc), in support of business opportunities and goals (PPC & Paid Social)
    • Strong leadership and ability to cultivate, motivate, and develop a team. 
    • Help own the customer experience and continually implement web and landing page best practices leveraging data and testing to enhance the user experience.
    • Analyze conversion funnels, identifying and optimizing key messaging opportunities to help attract and retain customers.
    • Manage multiple, simultaneous project schedules, working with cross‐functional team members that may include internal and external resources
    • Review site content, conversion funnels, analytics and statistics to make recommendations for new and creative growth strategies.
    • Develop paid and organic social growth strategies driving engagement and brand awareness through influencer marketing and development growth in  existing and emerging social platforms including, but not limited to, FB, IG, Twitter, Snap, LinkedIN, Pinterest, TikTok.

    YOU WILL THRIVE IF: 

    • Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience leading and/or managing a full marketing strategy including: email marketing, social media marketing, Paid search and social marketing, lead generation tactics and SEO.
    • Expert knowledge of Google Ad Manager (PPC) 
    • Expert knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn paid search 
    • UX and UI - Landing Page optimization and conversion strategy
    • Must have experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), 
    • Strong digital production skills. Working knowledge of Wordpress (or similar CMS), Photoshop, Jira and HTML a plus.
    • Must have at least 5 years of proven experience managing and developing a team.

    YOU WILL ROCK THIS IF: 

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a similar related field (BA, BS, or Master's).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal, leadership and relationship building skills that enhance and build corporate culture.
    • Specific understanding in managing a budget and tracking spend against budget to determine ROI. 
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Must be extremely computer literate and very comfortable with technology.
    • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
    • A mature, results focused orientation to job responsibilities, deadlines and results
    • Strongly prefer a candidate who lives a fitness lifestyle and knowledge & understanding of the fitness industry.

    San Diego California Jobs: Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $65,000 to $85,000.   Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away, sick leave, and many more. The salary  range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of California if selected for this role, and may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors
