Job Description
Pay Rates Starting around: $60-70k/year base plus commission
The purpose of this job is to lead the execution of sales operational support initiatives and projects, and manage the Sales Teams processes within the divisions of SC Fuels.
- Establish relationships with new customers to achieve assigned sales goals and targets for both volume and GM
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Prospect for potential customers via calls, in-person or emails, using various direct methods such as networking and utilizing lead generation tools
- Consult with prospect regarding business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each
- Maintain a high level of relevant general knowledge in order to connect with prospects
- Work with internal technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements
- Achieve monthly sales quota and KPIs
- Maintain relevant data on prospects and customers in Customer Relations Management system which must be updated daily
- Provide forecasts on sales volumes that will close in 90 days
- Work with Operations staff to address potential problems and ensure a great experience at the first delivery
- Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
