We specialize in asbestos abatement within the restoration industry, and we’re seeking someone to help us partner with restoration companies that need a reliable team to handle asbestos abatement. Your Mission: • Enroll restoration companies to use ECS as their asbestos abatement partner for insurance-related jobs. • Foster long-term relationships and become their preferred contact. • Manage all projects from your accounts—from kickoff to closeout. • Receive generous compensation for the business you generate. Responsibilities: • Consistently exceed monthly revenue goals and drive high-impact lead generation and sales activities. • Present compelling, win-win solutions to prospects, skillfully negotiate contract terms, and close deals with confidence. • Turn objections into opportunities by addressing key decision factors such as budget constraints, timelines, stakeholder involvement, competition, and client-specific challenges. • Rapidly engage and convert target buyers by delivering the right information at the right time, helping them clearly visualize the value of our brand. • Leverage expert prospecting and follow-up techniques—whether online, in-person, or over the phone—to identify upsell opportunities and cultivate new client relationships. Preferred Experience & Skills: • Proven success selling to or collaborating with restoration companies. • Confidence in communicating with business owners, estimators, and project managers. • Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple leads and timelines effectively. • Ability to juggle various projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications: Required: • Proven 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience • Strong B2B sales skills , preferably selling services or solutions • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently • Ability to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple leads and projects at once • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally/regionally for meetings or site visits • Comfortable with CRM systems, sales tracking, and reporting Preferred: • Experience selling into the restoration, construction, environmental, or insurance industries • Understanding of asbestos abatement , insurance claims processes , or related regulatory environments (not required, but a strong plus) • Existing network of restoration contractors or adjusters in your market • Experience managing accounts from lead to project execution • Prior work in a commission-based role Compensation: $75,000+
