We’re seeking a Field Marketing Manager with strong leadership skills, a passion for people development, and a background in direct-to-consumer sales. Experience in home improvement sales or marketing is a major plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of field marketers to exceed performance targets
Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing team members
Establish and maintain a high-performance culture built on accountability and results
Set clear daily goals, conduct team check-ins, and provide on-the-spot coaching
Lead from the front—set the standard through personal example in the field
Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in sales and/or field team management (home improvement experience strongly preferred)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals
Strong interpersonal, recruiting, and motivational skills
Willingness to work light evenings, select Saturdays, and occasional travel as needed
