About the Role:

Join SUNFIRE CONSTRUCTION INC as an Outside Field Technician and become a vital part of our dynamic team! In this role, you will work on exciting projects in Riverside, CA, ensuring quality and efficiency on-site while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site inspections to assess project requirements and site conditions.

Collaborate with project managers and team members to execute construction plans.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and tools.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Document project progress and report any issues to management.

Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors to maintain project flow.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

2+ years of experience in construction or a related field.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with construction tools and safety equipment.

Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
