Easy Sell DFW is looking for a driven Home offer consultant to join our fast-growing investment team. This is a work-from-home role based in the DFW area with 2 in-person seller appointments per day. We buy homes and land for renovation and new construction — and we provide hot leads daily. If you’re a confident closer who loves building relationships and solving problems, you’ll thrive in this commission-only role with six-figure earning potential. Responsibilities: • Attend 2 seller appointments daily across the DFW Metroplex • Call and follow up with hot, inbound leads to evaluate property deals • Present competitive cash offers and negotiate win-win outcomes • Build rapport with sellers and uncover motivation to sell • Use our CRM (REsimpli) to manage leads, notes, and follow-up tasks • Earn bonuses for self-generated leads or off-market deals • Stay organized and self-motivated in a remote environment Qualifications: • Must live in the DFW Metroplex and have reliable transportation • Proven track record of high-level sales success (real estate, solar, phone sales, Insurance sales, etc.) • Comfortable driving to multiple appointments per week across the Metroplex • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated with strong time management in a remote role • Must be able to pass a background check • Prior real estate acquisition experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: $75,500 - $100,000 at plan earnings
