Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside/Inside Sales Representative to join our team. We are an established Print Company providing High Quality Solutions. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, fast turnaround and print that makes an impact. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service, and a strong desire to close deals.

Responsibilities

Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers

Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory

Meet or exceed designated sales targets

Sell a wide variety of print products(digital, screen, laser etch)

Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions

Prepare Quotes and follow up on leads and proposals

Collaborate with production team to ensure accurate job fulfillment

Meet with customers to understand their branding and printing needs

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Previous experience in outside/inside sales

Excellent negotiation and customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
