    Job Title: Outside Legal Sales Representative (“Relationship Manager”)

    Territory: Broward County, Florida (position is 100% remote, equipment provided)

    Job Description

    Walrath Law is the only law firm serving the Florida’s Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury lien-resolution market. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for building new relationships and maintaining our many existing ones, with legal professionals in Broward County, Florida. Relationship Managers are tasked with understanding our target market’s needs and promoting our legal services and products to meet those needs.

    Outside sales experience is absolutely required, Legal Sales preferred (with Medical Sales experience being the “second best”). Experience with a CRM system is required, Zoho CRM preferred (but not required). Professional appearance and strong interpersonal, telephone, and computer skills are all essential and required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Engagement: Actively identify and engage potential attorneys through various outreach methods, including networking, cold calling (telephonic and in-person), and attending legal industry and other events.

    Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Walrath Law’s legal services/products and articulate their benefits effectively to prospective injury attorneys.

    Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Sales Strategy: Create, collaborate with teammates, and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives to reach goals and expand our attorney base in Broward County, Florida.

    Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and to navigate the competitive landscape in the Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury legal industry.

    CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and ensure accurate reporting of all touches and other metrics.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the management, marketing and various supporting teammates to promote services/products, develop sales materials and initiatives, and execute agreed upon plans in order to reach territory and statewide goals.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.

    · Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the legal, medical, or related industry.

    · Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.

    · Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    · Proficiency with CRM tools/platforms and Microsoft Office Suite is required.

    Preferred Skills:

    · Knowledge of the legal industry, preferably Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury, including organization structures and terminology. Retired attorneys welcome!

    · Ability to analyze market and performance data and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

    What we Offer:

    · Base salary with performance bonus (should exceed $100,000 in year one). Performance Bonus deferred for six months, delivered at the end of sixth month. Additional bonuses on reaching goals.
