Job Description: As an Outside Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in residential areas, promoting our services and products, as well as scheduling appointments with interested prospects. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Knocking on doors in designated neighborhoods to introduce our company and services/products we offer
• Engaging with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner
• Clearly explaining the benefits of our services/products and answering any questions or concerns
• Generating interest and setting appointments for our sales team
• Maintaining accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions
• Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
