Your mission: Acquire properties at deep discounts by connecting with motivated sellers, guiding them through one of the most emotional financial decisions of their lives, and securing contracts that expand our investment pipeline. Responsibilities: • Close Deals Relentlessly: Convert inbound calls and web leads into signed contracts. • Emotional Sales Mastery: Build trust, create urgency, and help sellers through difficult decisions. • Pipeline Ownership: Drive the process from first call to signed contract with consistent follow-up. • Field & Phone Sales: Conduct seller appointments in the greater Chicago area and maintain heavy phone activity. • Offer Analysis: Underwrite property values and craft offers that secure profitable acquisitions. Qualifications: • Track Record of Success: Consistently over-performed quotas in transactional, high-pressure sales environments. • Closer’s Mentality: Persuasive, confident, competitive, and resilient. • Self-Starter: Disciplined and proactive with a results-first attitude. • Tech Proficiency: Able to quickly learn CRMs and digital sales tools. • Bilingual: (Spanish/ English) Is a Plus. • Professionalism: Mature, respectful, and empathetic in emotional seller conversation. • Must have reliable transportation. Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 annually base + commissions
