Compensation- $60,000 - $120,000+ per year based on performance (Base pay + Commission Structure) Responsibilities: • Knock on doors, make introductions, and build trust with homeowners • Educate clients about roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior services (full training provided) • Set appointments and guide customers through their home improvement options • Manage follow-up and appointments through our CRM • Attend weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops • Collaborate with the production team to deliver great customer experiences • Always represent YES Contracting Services with energy and professionalism Qualifications: • Strong communication and persuasion skills—you love meeting new people • Highly competitive and goal-driven—you hate losing more than you love winning • Ready to work outdoors and canvass neighborhoods daily • Positive, coachable, and ready to work harder than the guy next to you • No prior sales experience needed—we’ll train the right person • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required • High school diploma required; college degree a plus, but not mandatory Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000+ per year based on performance
