Responsibilities: • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business • Connect with leads that you purchase and run virtual appointments. • Use a consultative approach to understand client needs. • Present value-based life insurance solutions. • Guide clients through the application process and ensure a smooth experience. • Build lasting client relationships with follow-up and ongoing service. • Stay current on products, industry trends, and compliance standards. • Track activity and results to stay on pace with your income goals. Qualifications: • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience • A consistent top performer in sales • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect virtually. • Prior sales experience is helpful, but not required — we provide comprehensive training. • Self-starter with a business mindset and the discipline to work independently. • Comfortable using technology, including video calls and online quoting systems. • Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid U.S. life insurance license — we’ll guide you through the process. Compensation: $125,000+ per year
