We are looking for an Outside Business Development Representative to join this dynamic low voltage design and implementation company. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
Create an original territory plan and execute it relentlessly.
Develop, manage, and close $5M+ in annual new business.
Be the driving force behind company growth, with a direct impact on the bottom line.
Hunt mid- to enterprise-level accounts and land long-term relationships by quickly identifying customer pain points and building trust.
Lead discovery sessions with prospects to understand their unique challenges and pain points, by a top-tier team of engineers and project managers.
Navigate complex, long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, from facilities managers to C-level executives.
Build and present winning proposals that solve problems, earn trust, and command business.
Track your pipeline and progress in the CRM (HubSpot) mapping out your week ahead of time and proactively managing your activities.
Actively participate in networking events, tradeshows, and community involvement to build a robust book of business.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience with long sales cycles.
Hands on experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
Possess a track record of closing $5M+ in annual complex B2B sales.
Experience building a book of business from scratch.
Comfortable winning meetings in any room and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in physical security, IT, Telecommunications, Construction, SaaS, or AV preferred.
