Responsibilities: • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • Passionate about selling • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • A valid Texas Real Estate License is required Compensation: $76,500 at plan earnings
