Responsibilities: • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results • Lead follow-up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude • Real estate license • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance to the office Compensation: $150,000 at plan
