Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Team and DB lead generation • Lead follow up • Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications: • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Passionate about selling • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Real estate license required • Sales experience Compensation: $160,000+ at plan commissions
