Responsibilities: • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • Team and DB lead generation • Lead follow up • Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Passionate about selling • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000+ at plan
