CDCN is growing, and we are seeking a motivated and disciplined Outside Sales Representative who can confidently sell high-value solutions and close deals. This role is ideal for individuals seeking high income potential, long-term recurring commissions, and the opportunity to earn equity based on performance. Renewal Commission (Year 2+) Starting in the second year, CDCN pays up to 10% recurring commission on anniversary renewals for accounts you close. This allows you to build a long-term income stream (a “book of business”). Equity Opportunity After 90 Days (Performance-Based) Eligible after 90 days based on performance and culture fit. Equity Milestone Plan: • Close $150K revenue → Earn 0.10% equity options • Close $250K total revenue → Earn additional 0.15% (Total 0.25%) • Close $500K+ or build systems/leadership → Eligible for additional 0.25%–0.75% (case-by-case) Submit your resume + a short message answering: • Biggest sale you closed (deal size + what you sold) **** Responsibilities: • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves Qualifications: • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred Required: • 2+ years of outside sales experience • Proven closing ability (preferably $10K+ deals) • Strong presentation and negotiation skills • Comfortable with commission-based compensation • Reliable transportation Preferred backgrounds: Real estate • Insurance • Solar • Roofing • HVAC • B2B • High-ticket services **** This Role is NOT for You If • You avoid prospecting and follow-up • You need micromanagement • You dislike performance tracking • You cannot describe your sales wins with numbers Compensation: $110,000 at plan earnings
