Community Digital Channel Network (CDCN) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Associate to identify, develop, and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations throughout the San Jose area. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while driving revenue development. Every month, Santa Clara County residents visit neighborhood laundromats, community centers, and local businesses where they encounter information, promotions, and resources relevant to their daily lives. Responsibilities: WHAT YOU'LL DO • Prospect and close local business owners (dentists, restaurants, salons, auto shops) within 3–5 miles of our screens • Present a short video demo and walk prospects through a proven sales process • Build your own book of business from the ground up — no handed-over accounts Qualifications: WHO WE WANT • 1–3+ years of outside sales, B2B, or advertising/media sales experience • Motivated by commission and wants to control their income • Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license • Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a strong plus • Comfortable cold calling, door-knocking, and following up consistently Compensation: $111,000+ at plan earnings
