We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to sell our full line of floor covering products, including carpet, hardwood, vinyl, tile, and related materials.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and commercial clients

Prospect new customers and grow assigned territory

Present products, pricing, and solutions to meet customer needs

Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and customer satisfaction

Track sales activity and maintain customer records

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outside sales (flooring or construction industry preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Basic computer skills (CRM or estimating experience a plus)
