We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities: • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals Qualifications: • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 at plan earnings
