This position requires a Kansas Real Estate Salesperson License. We can help you get licensed if you're not already! Responsibilities: • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities Qualifications: • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • A consistent top performer in sales • Strong Negotiation Skills and the ability to close high-value deals. • Proficiency in CRM (customer relationship management) software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • High level of professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional client service. • Willingness to work flexible hours , including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property showings & client meetings. • Must have or be pursuing a Kansas Real Estate License. Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+ commission based
