Leaky’s is hiring an Outside Sales / Business Development Rep to go find new business and bring in customers.
This is not a desk job. This is a prospecting role.
You’ll be out in the field every day building relationships, knocking doors, talking to businesses, and creating opportunities for our service team.
Pay:
Base + commission
Average rep: ~$60,000/year
Top performers: $100,000+
We pay for results.
The Objective
Bring in new customers.
Generate leads for:
Plumbing service calls
HVAC service & installs
Water treatment (softeners, filtration)
Most of your focus will be business-to-business:
Property managers
Builders
Realtors
Commercial facilities
Local businesses
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting every day (in person, phone, follow-up)
Walking into businesses and introducing Leaky’s
Building referral relationships
Setting up service opportunities for our team
Following up until deals close
Keeping a simple pipeline and tracking activity
