    What You'll Do

    • Meet with homeowners and help them explore custom energy-saving solutions.

    • Conduct in-home consultations and educate customers on solar and home energy options.

    • Learn our proven sales process and become an expert in renewable energy.

    • Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.

    • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation.

    • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to drive success.

    • Continuously develop your sales, communication, and leadership skills.
