• Serve as the initial in-person point of contact for our clients.
• Conduct property assessments, estimate damages, and provide clients with information.
• Deliver empathetic and confident communication, emphasizing the urgency of the situation, and securing agreements.
• Coordinate efficiently with our scheduling team for prompt response and optimal crew scheduling for property restoration.
