    A growing commercial roofing contractor is looking to hire a high-performing sales professionals to their team

    This is a high-income potential opportunity backed by an established pipeline, existing client relationships, and strong market timing. The focus is on large-scale multifamily, condominium, and townhome roofing projects, offering significantly higher contract values than traditional residential work.

    Compensation & Benefits
    Base Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 + Commission

    Earning Potential
    Most of the sales team earns between $120,000 – $250,000+ annually

    What You’ll Do
    • Manage and convert an existing pipeline while building new business
    • Develop and maintain relationships with:

    • Property managers
    • HOA boards
    • Apartment and commercial associations
      • Attend networking and marketing events to generate leads
      • Deliver professional presentations and proposals
      • Communicate effectively and tailor messaging to different audiences

    Required Experience
    • Roofing industry knowledge (products, systems, applications)

    • Experience selling to property managers, HOAs, or commercial associations
    • Background in multifamily or commercial roofing sales
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (AI tools a plus)
