    Commercial Roofing Outside Sales Representative.

    Generate sales by building relationships with clients, assessing their needs, and presenting tailored roofing solutions. Focus on securing new commercial roofing projects, managing client relationships, and contributing to company revenue growth. This role requires a strong self starter with outstanding communication, sales, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand roofing products and services.

    Key Responsibilities: Identify and Engage Clients:

    Proactively seek out potential commercial clients who need roofing products or services.

    Assess Roofing Needs:

    Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments to determine the specific needs of each client.

    Develop Proposals:

    Prepare and present detailed proposals outlining the scope of work, costs, and timelines for roofing projects.

    Build Relationships:

    Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, contractors, and property managers.

    Close Sales:

    Negotiate and finalize sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.

    Maintain Records:

    Track leads, sales activities, and client interactions in a CRM system.

    Stay Informed:

    Keep up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.

    Collaborate:

    Work with project managers and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Sales Experience: Innovative professional with experience in outside sales, preferably in the commercial roofing or construction industry.

    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

    Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

    Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close sales and secure favorable contracts.

    Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of roofing products, materials, and installation techniques.

    Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

    Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve client issues and challenges.

    Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, mobile apps, and other sales tools.

    Valid Driver's License: Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

    Must be able to pass a work place physical to assess skills required for position.

    Must be able to bend, lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.

    Must be able to remove a ladder from a truck, set up the ladder for potential roof access, then re-secure the ladder on the truck.

    Salary: From $52,000 per year (Range + commission)
