    Job Summary

    We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. You will be the face of our company, helping local businesses, schools, and organizations bring their brands to life through high-quality custom screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products. You will manage a designated territory, building a portfolio of clients from the ground up and nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. This role offers high-earning potential with uncapped commissions - your income will directly reflect the goals you achieve and the effort you put in.

    Responsibilities

    Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers

    Actively hunt for new opportunities through cold calling, in-person visits to local businesses, networking, and attending community events.

    Meet with prospects to understand their apparel, branding, and promotional needs; suggest appropriate garments, print methods (screen printing, DTF, embroidery, sublimation), and designs.

    Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business, reorders, and upselling.

    Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in our internal customer/order management program.

    Prepare and submit accurate price quotes and custom apparel bids with realistic timelines.

    Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.

    Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

    Qualifications

    1–3+ years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management (industry experience in apparel, printing, or promotional products is a plus)

    Excellent negotiation and customer service skills

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    A positive attitude and ability to be persistent

    A "go-getter" attitude with a proven track record of finding and closing new business.

    Ability to work independently and manage a local territory with limited supervision.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
