Tired of chasing your own leads? With this role you'll run 3-6 pre-set appointments per week with homeowners who are already interested - no cold calling and no door knocking. Average tickets run $4,000–$8,000+, commission is uncapped, and you control your own schedule. No Sundays, and evenings or Saturdays only when a customer genuinely needs it.
This job starts part-time with a clear path to full-time for the right person.
As an Outside Sales Consultant selling Motorized Sun Shades & Retractable Awnings, you’ll meet with customers in their homes, help them make confident decisions about window treatments, and guide the project from initial consultation through installation.

Qualifications
4+ years of high-ticket, consultative sales experience with in-home sales as a bonus
Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
Organized, professional, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Strong math skills for measuring and quoting
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using a CRM
Able to lift 20 lbs, climb stairs, and measure overhead on a 6-foot ladder
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations and recommend the right solution
Create customized proposals based on style, function, and budget
Measure accurately and build clear quotes
Stay organized, arrive on time, and follow up consistently
Be in control of your own compensation by generating additional revenue through referrals, repeat business, and local partnerships
Own your pipeline from first appointment through installation, following up strategically with issued quotes to maximize close rate
Partner with installers to ensure accurate measurements and smooth installs
Stay current on products and vendor offerings
