What You’ll Do

• Inspect roofs and exteriors for storm or age-related damage
• Educate homeowners on insurance and retail repair options
• Generate leads through canvassing, networking, and referrals
• Guide customers through the restoration or retail process
• Take photos, document damage, and input project details
• Represent Division 1 Roofing with professionalism and confidence

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to knock doors and generate leads
• Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone (for CRM and inspection use)
• Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals
• Sales experience is a plus — but not required
